In order to join your signature to your picture you can use Windows default programs.
Here we will tell you how to use PowerPoint to join your signature with your picture.
Steps
1.Open Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Pick a blank slide
3.Now insert pic into this slide
4. Insert your signature in the same slide.And adjust the position of Images.
5. Highlight both pictures (use single mouse click)
6.Now right click on highlighted pictures and group them using group images option in right click menu.
7. Again right click on pictures and save them.

To reduce the size of your picture and signature. Reducduction of picture size becomes very easy using Microsoft Picture Manager program
. when you will open your pic in the above mentioned program . and you go in edit menu you will find compress picture option on the right hand side. When you will click on compress image you will find several option to which you can compress your image . each option shows respective compressed size of image.
